Everleigh Cup Cozy
Hello Lovelies!
I can’t believe it’s already November… when did that happen?? It felt like March to June went by so incredibly slow but June to now, it has just flown by. Before we know it, we will be in 2021 and I am praying that it ends up being a way better year for everyone.
My little loves, especially my oldest, has been very intrigued with history lately.
He has been watching documentaries and reading books about the wars in history.
It’s been interesting hearing his point of views and comments about what has happened through history.
Remembrance Day!
He is almost 10 years old and doesn’t fully understand the severity of what happened throughout our history but he is so empathetic and will often say how sad he feels for all the people that had to live through the war and how lucky he is to live in a safe environment.
He also thinks the men and women who fought in war are so brave and selfless but what he doesn’t understand is why people think war is the answer.
I love his curiosity and I will continue to nurture his love for learning more about events in our history. As his mother, I will keep the dialog open and answer the hard questions that he may have and hopefully we can learn, grow and strive to make positive changes in the world.

My little loves and I want to thank every man and women who selflessly risked their lives and to those who are still serving to protect our safety and our freedoms.
We are incredibly grateful for each of you.
A time to Honour and Remember!

With Remembrance Day right around the corner, I ask you all to consider making a hat, scarf or anything you feel is needed to a veteran in need or a veteran you know personally.
It’s just a small way we can use our gift to show our appreciation for everyone who selflessly sacrificed for us and if you can, please donate to local veterans in your area.
This week I am bringing you the Everleigh Cup Cozy, it’s a fun, quick project and looks so good in any colour combination.
