Faye Headwrap
Hey friends!!!
I honestly can’t believe how incredibly busy the last few weeks have been. Getting the kids ready to go back to school and making sure they have everything that they need plus navigating new health restrictions has been exhausting. We are making it through though!
I have jumped into fall and winter prep mode and I am definitely excited about it! Hats and headbands have been consistently on my hook along with a few new design ideas!! Be sure to follow me on Instagram or Facebook to see sneak peeks off what is coming!
I have plenty of new ideas and I can’t wait to get them out to testers and the patterns into your hands! I find fall to be my most creative and motivational season!
When are you most creative?
I think I am most creative at this time because hats are one of my most favourite things to create! I always have endless ideas for them and I really enjoy wearing them. They are a staple in my fall and winter wardrobe.
This week I am so excited to bring you a pattern that I created for Avery Lane Creations yarn subscription box!! The Faye Headwrap pattern was created with her amazing worsted hand dyed yarn! It is one of the most luxurious yarns I have had the pleasure to work with! Nicky always comes up with some of the most unique and stunning colourways. I am also a big fan of her tonals also, they really help show of the beautiful textures in your projects.
Have you tried hand dyed yarn?
I would love to hear about your favourite yarns to work with! Maybe I will find another one to love, so please drop your favourites in the comments!!
